CEPSUM ARENA REGULATIONS

The following rules have been put in place to allow all spectators to have a pleasant time and to enjoy the atmosphere of the Carabins field hockey games.

Spectators must abide by these rules and any other security and/or emergency measures that will be reinforced by CEPSUM or Carabins representatives.

Please note that any spectator entering the CEPSUM arena may be subject to a search of their equipment. Any violation couId result in immediate expulsion from the arena and/or a handover to the appropriate authorities.

  1. Spectators may not, at any time, interfere with the progress of the game and the event, either by going on the ice, throwing abjects, using a whistle or otherwise interfering;
  2. Spectators must behave appropriately towards other spectators, including not standing during the game if this interferes with others’ view of the action on the ice;
  3. The spectator using a student ticket will have to pay the additional fee leading to the adult rate if he/she is notable to show his/her current student status;
  4. lt is permitted to bring posters, banners, flags and pennants to show your support for the team. Sticks or pales of any size or rigidity are not permitted with any type of display. Please respect the view of other spectators during the game and use your signage at appropriate times;
  5. Obscene, indecent, racist, sexist or inappropriate messages may not be posted. Any banner, poster, or other form of identification must contain a message that is respectful to student-athletes, coaches, opponents, officiais, teams, league and lnappropriate signage may be confiscated by CEPSUM or Carabins staff;
  6. The use of any instrument that produces a number of decibels deemed tao high is The CEPSUM or Carabins security personnel reserve the right to stop the use of any instrument whose volume couId disturb spectators and/or to confiscate it;
  7. For obvious safety reasons, no flares, smoke bombs, fireworks or fireworks are allowed in the CEPSUM. The use of laser pointers is also prohibited;
  8. ln the event that a puck is found in the crowd during the game or warm-up, spectators must hand it over to the appropriate staff;
  9. Smoking is not permitted in the CEPSUM;
  10. Animais are not allowed, except for licensed companion dogs (e.g. Mira};
  11. lt is forbidden to distribute flyers, solicit or sell, in money or in the form of a voluntary contribution, on the CEPSUM grounds, under penalty of expulsion, without the approval of the CEPSUM and/or the Carabins organization;
  12. All Carabins field hockey ticket hoIders waive all claims that may arise from the capture and broadcasting of their image on the CEPSUM grounds or in the vicinity of the CEPSUM arena and authorize the CEPSUM and/or the Carabins organization to use their image in video recordings, photos or any other reproduction, in whole or in part, of the event to which they have access;
  13. Violation of local, state and federal laws will not be tolerated at any time;
  14. The CEPSUM and the Carabins organization reserve the right to modify these rules, the list of prohibited items and the policies and procedures at any time and without notice.
